About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Helper to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This role will report into our Office Manager and will be a key part of maintaining our employee’s well-being by offering a clean, safe and comfortable work environment.
What Will You Be Doing:
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to details throughout the office space.
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the office including bathroom, break rooms and common areas.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while using chemicals and equipment.
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
- Assist with organisation of team activities such as weekly team lunches and quarterly events.
- Assisting in basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings, including arranging chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Good level of spoken and written English, with any additional language being a plus.
- Detail oriented, reliable and able to work independently.
- Proactive with a strong team spirit.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
