RESERVATIONS AGENT

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our future guests. You’ll be responsible for handling all reservation inquiries, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring each guest begins their Hyatt journey with ease, excitement, and confidence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle guest reservations with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm, welcoming tone.
  • Maximize room occupancy and revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue Management teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
  • Ensure accuracy in bookings, guest preferences, and special requests.

Qualifications

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus!).
  • Are detail-oriented and tech-savvy with knowledge of hotel reservations systems (Opera experience preferred).
  • Thrive in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
