Receptionist

About the Role

The role of reception is a key position in the sense that you are the first point of contact for all VVIP clients.

Primary Duties:

  • Meet, greet, assist and serve light refreshments to VVIP clients
  • Ensure accurate daily reporting is completed on time
  • Working with the cleaning and facilities management team, ensuring all areas of the FBO are kept clean, stocked and maintained
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Assist the Ground Operations team and other relevant management as required
  • Manage front of house and reception desk
  • Respond to client queries and manage guest lists
  • Monitor and report any safety or maintenance concerns within the FBO lounges
  • Replenish refreshments, pantry and amenities
  • Support food and beverage preparation in coordination with catering service providers
  • Other tasks within your work area of as assigned by Line Manager


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Be able to read and write English to a professional standard\
  • Have proven VVIP customer services skills
  • Have advanced telephone communication skills
  • Well presented with high grooming skills
  • Proficient within the Microsoft office suite

Minimum Experience:

  • Previous experience within aviation
  • VVIP experience desirable

  • Detail oriented methodical approach to problem solving and completing tasks
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Pride in performing to the best of own ability
  • Advanced communications and interpersonal skills
