Microless’s UAE team is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented customer care executive. As a customer care executive, you will be in touch with the customers through telephone, email, and chat. Within this role, you will answer customer queries, help resolve the customer’s problems, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic
  • Good knowledge of computers and electronics
  • Good computer user
  • Genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service
  • Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via chat, telephone, or email
  • Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
  • Must be able to join immediately
