Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in any Subject
Minimum Experience:
At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Ideal candidate should be expertise in MS office systems
- candidate should have good interpersonal skills and excellent command of English
Main Duties:
- Procurement and purchase requisitions
- System monitoring and record-keeping, PASS, Salama, eSIS, Oracle
- Filing, archiving, designing, photocopying, and other document-related tasks
- Liaising between departments and colleagues to ensure information sharing is prompt and effective
- Supporting various departments as required (Elementary, KG, Secondary, Front of House, Admissions)
