Admin Assistant

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in any Subject

Minimum Experience:

At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ideal candidate should be expertise in MS office systems
  • candidate should have good interpersonal skills and excellent command of English

Main Duties:

  • Procurement and purchase requisitions
  • System monitoring and record-keeping, PASS, Salama, eSIS, Oracle
  • Filing, archiving, designing, photocopying, and other document-related tasks
  • Liaising between departments and colleagues to ensure information sharing is prompt and effective
  • Supporting various departments as required (Elementary, KG, Secondary, Front of House, Admissions)
