Valet Cashier

Job Description:

As a Valet Cashier, you will manage valet transactions efficiently while delivering a warm and professional guest experience. You will be responsible for handling all payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth operations of the valet desk, contributing to the refined luxury experience that defines the world’s tallest hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests courteously and process valet tickets with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle all valet parking charges and transactions, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Issue claim checks and accurately log vehicle details in the valet system.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding valet procedures, charges, or vehicle retrieval.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier desk and valet records.
  • Coordinate with the valet attendants to ensure timely and safe vehicle delivery.
  • Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies immediately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest vehicle information and payments.
  • Report any issues, incidents, or guest complaints to the Valet Supervisor.
  • Uphold hotel service standards and ensure a smooth and welcoming guest arrival/departure experience.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

  • Previous experience in cashiering or front-of-house guest service, preferably in hospitality or valet operations.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and POS systems.
  • Trustworthy, honest, and professional at all times.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Well-groomed with a friendly and calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
