Call Center Advisor

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care based on the needs and services they require.
  • Confirm information on care orders and provide a correct explanation to the patient of each of the treatments and services required.
  • Carefully and confidentially review patient data.
  • Confirm with the patient the details of the care provided (appointment date, specialist, costs).
  • Minimize patient waiting time.
  • Confirmation of appointments for the day.
  • Follow up with patients who did not attend the previous day.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys on new and continuing patients to measure quality of care.
  • Provide appointments through the digital media

Job Experience

  • Minimum experience of 01 year in Call Center area
  • Excellent communication and spelling.
  • Closing strategies.
  • Constant proactivity.
  • Teamwork and under pressure.
  • Knowledge and handling of office (demonstrated).
