Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care based on the needs and services they require.
- Confirm information on care orders and provide a correct explanation to the patient of each of the treatments and services required.
- Carefully and confidentially review patient data.
- Confirm with the patient the details of the care provided (appointment date, specialist, costs).
- Minimize patient waiting time.
- Confirmation of appointments for the day.
- Follow up with patients who did not attend the previous day.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys on new and continuing patients to measure quality of care.
- Provide appointments through the digital media
Job Experience
- Minimum experience of 01 year in Call Center area
- Excellent communication and spelling.
- Closing strategies.
- Constant proactivity.
- Teamwork and under pressure.
- Knowledge and handling of office (demonstrated).
