Apply now for the position of Customer Care Centre Representative to join our team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Your role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Siemens Healthineers customers.
- Call handling, by receiving Customer requests for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, Application trainings, etc.
- Coordinate with the customers to schedule field service activities and resources to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met.
- You will create as well as monitor different type of notifications based on customer requests and assign the CSE’s and CES’s for the requested Jobs in the mentioned regions.
- Coordinate the dispatch activities of the CSE’s for onsite visits, preventive maintenance visits, and CES’s visits.
- Provide support, information, prioritization, and coordination of assignments for CSEs of all services and CES dispatches.
- Ensure all service requests and dispatches are well detailed, coordinated, prioritized and organized for review & follow-up actions.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You are a Biomedical Engineer (preferred), or you studied Electrical Engineering/ Clinical Engineering or related courses of study.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge in SAP MM and SD modules is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
- Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts including weekends in rotational basic
