Tealand Trading LLC is a UAE-based tea company established in 2004, known for premium tea and accessories across the UAE and GCC. We operate retail kiosks and showrooms in major malls and marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at our mall kiosks, providing excellent service
- Present and explain our tea products and accessories
- Support customers in selecting the right teas, gifts, and accessories
- Maintain kiosk display, cleanliness, and stock levels
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage (tea or F&B experience is a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced mall environment
- Friendly, energetic, and sales-driven personality
- Tagalog speaking, female (preferred for easy team communication)
- Basic English for dealing with customers
