We are seeking a seasoned Abu Dhabi Real Estate Expert to join our elite team. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights into market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property acquisitions, sales, and investments across Abu Dhabi
- Conduct high-level consultations and private viewings for premium listings
- Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, developers, and institutional investors
- Stay ahead of market trends, government policies, and urban development plans
- Negotiate and close complex transactions with professionalism and precision
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
- Deep understanding of local property laws, ownership structures, and market dynamics
- Strong network within the Abu Dhabi real estate and investment community
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
- UAE driving license and own vehicle required
