Job Summary:

The Packing Helper is responsible for assisting in the packaging of products, ensuring that items are packed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards. The role supports the production and warehouse teams in meeting daily operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the packing of products according to specifications and quality standards.

· Label, seal, and prepare products for dispatch or storage.

· Sort and organize materials, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.

· Help in loading and unloading products when required.

· Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Report any defects, shortages, or issues in materials or finished products.

· Support inventory management by assisting with stock counting and documentation.

· Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in a production, warehouse, or packing environment is a plus.

· Ability to perform manual work efficiently and carefully.

· Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift/move packages.

· Attention to detail to ensure correct packing and labeling.

· Team player with a positive attitude.

· Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
