La Verde property management is looking for detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate and property management team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office operations, support management, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office documents, correspondence, and records.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and handle phone and email inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support HR and finance tasks, such as maintaining attendance and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members for administrative needs.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Degree Qualified
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience.
