Front Office Supervisor

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in daily FO Operations and smooth arrival and departure experience
  • Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Regularly review daily reports to proactively lead the operations smoothly
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the highest standard of guest services
  • Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores

Qualifications


Your experience and skills include:

  • Should have min. 1 years experience in similar role.
  • Previous experience in a Resort in UAE especially Accor would be preferred
  • Experience with OPERA is mandatory
  • Should be well versed with Front Office Operations
  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
