Job Opening: Branch Manager

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the salon, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and business performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, has strong people management skills, and thrives in a service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of nail technicians and front desk staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and supplies
• Monitor and drive branch performance (KPIs, sales, client retention)
• Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with head office on staffing, reporting, and marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (salon/spa/hospitality background preferred)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
