Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes when required.
- Provide basic information and assistance to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and support.
Requirements:
- Must have bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Must have proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
- Must be available in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
