We are seeking a professional and motivated Leasing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have leasing experience in the UAE, strong communication and negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of the Dubai rental market and RERA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leasing inquiries, conduct property viewings, and present available listings to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and agreements in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and review tenancy contracts while ensuring compliance with RERA requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage renewals, follow-ups, and smooth move-in/move-out processes.
• Stay updated with Dubai rental market trends and pricing.
• Keep accurate records of leasing activities and update CRM systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in Dubai.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of RERA laws, tenancy contracts, and leasing procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
