About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations by handling various tasks related to inventory control, order processing, and coordination with different team members. This role requires a candidate with a strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of logistics processes.

What You Will Do:

• Receive incoming goods from forwarders and suppliers.
• Record and maintain accurate inventory transactions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Scan and unpack packages.
• Perform quality checks.
• Prepare orders.
• Complete reports as required by manager or supervisor.
• Follow up on the processes of delivering and receiving documents for shipments, ensuring compliance with DAFZA and Dubai customs regulations.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Complete any additional duties assigned by manager or supervisor.

Who You Are:

• High school degree or a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English fluency must.
• Familiarity with excel, and able to upload data into the company system.
