Admin/HR Assistant

HR Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and benefits information.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and email inquiries.
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain the company’s calendar and schedule.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
  • Any degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
