We Are Hiring – Call Center Supervisor
A leading Aesthetics Clinic is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in call center management within an aesthetics/dermatology clinic (mandatory).
- Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to monitor KPIs and prepare reports.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the call center team to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor call quality and ensure high standards of patient care.
- Manage schedules and daily workflows.
- Train and support the team to achieve performance targets.
