Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Yard/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our automotive yard/warehouse. The role involves supervising the movement, storage, and inspection of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with logistics, operations, and export teams to guarantee smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the yard/warehouse, including vehicle handling, parking, loading, and unloading.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, documentation, and proper storage in compliance with company and port/yard regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for import/export schedules, container loading, and delivery planning.
• Maintain inventory records, track vehicle movement, and update systems accurately.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the yard/warehouse at all times.
• Monitor staff performance, allocate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle any damages, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly and report to management.
• Implement company policies, health & safety measures, and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Yard Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar automotive/logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of car export/import processes and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic warehouse/ERP systems preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
