Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role will primarily focus on fast-paced recruitment (80%) of sales agents, along with HR operations support (20%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, ensuring quick turnarounds.
• Source top talent using UAE-based recruitment platforms (e.g., Dubizzle, Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn).
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates effectively.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Support in onboarding, documentation, and visa processing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee records and assist in daily HR operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume sales hiring.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment channels.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
