Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and attend appointments to present our product and service offerings.
  • Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and build strong client relationships.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as set by management.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to support business growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM databases consistently.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales or lighting/related industry is an advantage.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple leads.
  • Basic analytical skills to track sales performance and market trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving license preferred.
