Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and attend appointments to present our product and service offerings.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and build strong client relationships.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as set by management.
- Market Research: Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to support business growth.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM databases consistently.
Experience Requirements
- 1 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales or lighting/related industry is an advantage.
Core Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple leads.
- Basic analytical skills to track sales performance and market trends.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driving license preferred.
