Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the UAE. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to go the extra mile to earn client trust and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with sales and marketing team to generate technology consulting and services business leads within government and private sectors.
- Setup and conduct sales meetings with prospects and clients; maintain CRM and track effectively for follow-ups and closures.
- Contribute to pre-sales process including preparing RFP responses and proposal documentation.
- Engage with clients on pricing and contract negotiations.
- Sales and/or pre-sales experience within UAE / Middle East will be a plus.
- Assist with local business operations such as following up on visa, travel, PRO coordination, client payments, etc. to support business.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic Speaker is preferred.
