Job Role:
To diagnose, repair, and maintain the mechanical and electromechanical systems of vehicles. This role ensures that all work is performed efficiently, meets quality standards, and complies with safety regulations, thereby contributing to the overall reliability and performance of customer vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Diagnostics: Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify mechanical and electromechanical issues using advanced tools and equipment.
  • Quality Control : Inspect and test completed work to ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards before delivery to customers.
  • Repairs & Maintenance: Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other key mechanical components.
  • System Overhaul : Overhaul and rebuild major systems, such as engines and transmissions, when required.
  • Preventive Maintenance : Carry out routine maintenance services (oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, etc.) to maximize vehicle performance and lifespan.
  • Customer Communication : Explain identified issues, recommended repairs, and service timelines to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Documentation : Accurately record diagnostics, services performed, and parts used for each vehicle serviced.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Experience: 2–5 years as an Auto Mechanic or in a similar automotive repair role
  • Technical Skills:
  • Performance Garage Experience is recommended.
  • Worked on multi-brand cars like – Japanese, German & European cars
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Skilled in a wide range of repairs, including engine and transmission work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
