Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC routers and woodworking machinery to produce custom wood parts and components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or program issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine logs, and materials used.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cabinet making, furniture production, or architectural millwork.
• Forklift operation and material handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of machine programming or design software is a plus.
