Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC routers and woodworking machinery to produce custom wood parts and components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or program issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine logs, and materials used.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cabinet making, furniture production, or architectural millwork.
- Forklift operation and material handling experience.
- Basic knowledge of machine programming or design software is a plus.
