About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to drive the growth of our laundry services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our laundry solutions to individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote laundry services to both B2B and B2C segments.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients (corporate accounts, hospitality sector, institutions, etc.).
- Manage and grow the existing client base by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in sales and marketing, preferably within the laundry, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.
