We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant cum Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling purchasing activities and managing store/warehouse operations within a fit-out, joinery, or carpentry company.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, tools, and consumables.

· Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, and supplier databases.

· Receive, inspect, and store materials as per company standards.

· Issue materials to production/site teams against approved requests.

· Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports.

· Ensure proper documentation of store transactions (inward/outward).

· Coordinate with suppliers and site teams for timely delivery of required materials.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.

Requirements

· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in purchase/storekeeping, preferably in a

fit-out/joinery/carpentry company.

· Knowledge of wood, hardware, paints, and related materials is an advantage.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Must have fluency in English & Hindi (Arabic is an added advantage).
