Our busy cafe and coffee shops in Dubai Knowledge Park are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, organized, creative and experienced baker who loves baking from scratch!

We do lots of delicious, artisan home baked cakes, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, traybakes, desserts, canapes in our main production kitchen that supports our 6 cafe’s and for inhouse catering events. Fondant and Frosting Decorating skills and experience is definitely required.

Our goal is to produce as much as possible inhouse, and to expand our catering and hospitality portfolio.

We are looking for a team player that can work fast, efficiently, creatively and consistently, and will not get daunted by a last minute order of 300 cupcakes! Someone that is keen to create new and exciting recipes and create interesting bakery displays and beautiful presentations, in line with current market trends.

Please note that we will require trial baking days during which time you will be required to show us the best that you can do.

Maintaining stock, creating and following recipes, and adhering to production costings, maintaining a high standard of food safety & kitchen hygiene, and working and supporting our team is key. Vocational training, baking courses or relevant industry experience will definitely count in your favour. We are based in Dubai.
