About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant with proven experience in the UAE to support our Human Resources department in a wide range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in recruitment, visa processing, and annual leave payroll, and will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate and manage the visa and labor card processing for employees in compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee leaves, including annual, sick, and unpaid leaves.
- Calculate and process annual leave payroll and ensure timely disbursement in accordance with company policy and UAE labor law.
- Update and maintain HRIS systems with employee data and documentation.
- Support employee relations and respond to HR-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with government authorities, PROs, and external agencies as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE-based HR experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and HR compliance standards.
- Experience handling recruitment, visa processing, and payroll-related to annual leaves.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (HRMS/HRIS).
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
