We are hiring an Electrician cum Plumber to join our team in Sharjah, UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical and plumbing maintenance in company staff accommodation and residential properties.
• Identify and fix electrical problems with lights, switches, sockets, wiring, distribution boards and other equipment.
• Install, repair and maintain water pipes, drainage systems, taps, toilets, valves and other plumbing fittings.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repair work on time.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Replace damaged electrical parts, pipes, taps, switches and fittings when required.
• Follow basic drawings, technical instructions and maintenance procedures.
• Follow safety rules and ensure all work meets company standards.
• Keep tools, equipment and spare parts clean, safe and in good condition.
• Carry out other maintenance tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• ITI, Diploma or other relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Plumbing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience in staff accommodation, residential buildings, labour camps or company residences is preferred.
• Good practical knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Basic understanding of electrical and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE who can join immediately will be preferred.
