The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accountant to join our manufacturing team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, inventory and logistics ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting our financial decision-making process to drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities: – Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations. – Maintain inventory receipts / issues / stock reconciliation – Ensure Physical inventory verification and Purchases accounting (matching with books) – Reconciliation of Supplier / customer account – Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. – Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes ensuring timely and accurate entries. – Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly. – Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. – Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and improve internal controls. – Ensure compliance with VAT and other relevant tax regulations. – Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and liaising with auditors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. – Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within the manufacturing industry. – Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards and tax regulations. – Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. – Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. – Effective communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu; Arabic language skills are an advantage. – Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
