MADO Restaurant is looking for a passionate and talented Pastry Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the pastry section, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts, baked goods, and traditional Turkish sweets that MADO is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily preparation of pastries, desserts, and baked items.
- Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation meet MADO’s standards.
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times.
- Support senior pastry chefs in executing new recipes and seasonal menus.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a pastry role (preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting).
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
- Passion for dessert creation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
