Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all creative projects including design, video, and campaign production.
• Ensure all creative work is professional, consistent, and aligned with the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Supervise designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with creative trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and campaign work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic goals.
• Familiarity with design and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
