Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they approached the restaurant counter with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and correctness.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and front counter area.
- Answer customer questions about the menu, promotions, and policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order processing.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Report any discrepancies, complaints, or issues to the manager promptly.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Must be able to speak Arabic or English.
- Honest, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
