Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, contractors, and designers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction and stone industry.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products (marble, granite, stones) to provide professional advice to customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations and showroom team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in wholesale (preferably in the construction, stone, marble, or granite industry).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and build long-term business relationships.
• Arabic speaking is highly preferable; English proficiency required.
• Willingness to commit to a long-term career with the company.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
