We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiter with Barista experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities & SOPs:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and coffee station at all times
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures strictly
• Upsell and recommend menu items to enhance the guest experience
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Report any customer complaints, equipment issues, or service gaps to management promptly
• Assist colleagues and support teamwork to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter and barista (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and service standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
