Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical, plumbing, and other MEP-related issues.
• Carry out maintenance works in residential and commercial properties.
• Assist with AC maintenance and minor repair works, where qualified.
• Identify faults and report major technical issues to the supervisor.
• Handle preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance requests.
• Transport technicians, tools, equipment, and materials to job sites safely.
• Collect materials and spare parts from suppliers as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the company vehicle.
• Ensure the vehicle is serviced on time and all required documents are valid.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain professional conduct at customer locations.
• Complete assigned jobs on time and report work progress to the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in MEP maintenance or building maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to drive safely and follow assigned routes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
• Ability to handle tools, equipment, and materials safely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certificate or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or MEP maintenance.
• Experience in residential and commercial maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
