About Us:
Oya Baby Fitness Gym, part of Universal Sports Hub LLC, is dedicated to providing a friendly and supportive environment for fitness enthusiasts. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Gym Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our members and visitors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist gym members, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle check-ins, membership registrations, and renewals.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about gym services.
- Maintain front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for scheduling and daily operations.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
Work Schedule:
- 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle busy environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary package: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (fixed) + sales commissions.
