Gym Receptionist

About Us:
Oya Baby Fitness Gym, part of Universal Sports Hub LLC, is dedicated to providing a friendly and supportive environment for fitness enthusiasts. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Gym Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our members and visitors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist gym members, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle check-ins, membership registrations, and renewals.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about gym services.
  • Maintain front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management for scheduling and daily operations.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule:

  • 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle busy environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary package: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (fixed) + sales commissions.
  • Company-provided visa.
