Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain food quality standards, and manage staff performance. This role requires strong leadership, operational know-how, and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining our fun and friendly brand culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and reduce waste.
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage team members to ensure top performance.
- Implement operational policies and procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and senior management on promotions and new initiatives.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and professionally.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role. (with minimum 7 years relative experience)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health regulations.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in quick-service or fast-casual dining.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine or previous work in themed restaurants is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) is a plus.
