The Role
We are seeking a dynamic European Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a motivated individual who will drive sales growth and enhance brand presence in the safety footwear market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, an understanding of the manufacturing sector, and a goal-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: – Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. – Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market. – Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. – Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities. – Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns. – Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management. – Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the brand and network with potential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. – Proven experience in sales and marketing. – Excellent communication and negotiation skills. – Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. – Fluency in English; French/German/ Spanish is a plus. – Willingness to travel as required.
