Full job description

This role would greets visitors, answers reception calls, handles basic administrative tasks such as maintaining the reception area, basic documentations and manages office supplies, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Welcoming: Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and courteous welcome to clients, visitors, and staff. Assist the guests in settling down and giving refreshments.
  • Front Desk Management: Answer and direct phone calls or take messages for employees.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages and schedule outgoing courier services.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing meeting rooms, Travel arrangements, copying and data entry.
  • Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area, common areas organized and supplies stocked.
  • Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and monitor office entry procedures.

Requirements:

Candidate with any under graduate degree with 1 year experience in front office or customer service.

Strong communication, organizing and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS office software.

Handle confidential information’s.

Candidate who can join immediately will be given preference.
