Job Vacancy: Front Office Staff & Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a pleasant and dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Office Staff & Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the front desk
  • Coordinate and follow up with customers on inquiries and orders
  • Maintain and manage customer data
  • Convince and assist customers with product/service information
  • Manage and update data in Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
