Full job description

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Arrange and store items in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Issue goods and materials as per requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for stock movements (invoices, delivery notes, etc.).
  • Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure stock availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store/warehouse area.
