We are hiring a Personal / Office Assistant to support company operations and private tasks. The role includes travel arrangements, office duties, and flexible weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, events, leisure).
- Handling office tasks: printing, copying, typing simple documents.
- Assisting with various tasks for the company owner and family.
- Being available on weekends when needed (with laptop and phone access).
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Basic office software skills.
- Working level of English.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role, 9:00 – 18:00, 5 days per week.
- Must be reachable on weekends (compensated with days off during the week).
- Laptop provided.
- Mobile allowance: AED 200/month (own phone & SIM required).
- Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 total package.
- Medical insurance provided.
Legal & Employment:
- Official employment with ANVAYA Shipping LLC.
- Visa and EID provided after successful probation period.
