We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering goods to stores, driving a manual van, creating invoices, and handling returns. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable with paperwork related to deliveries and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a manual transmission van to deliver goods to stores and other designated locations.
• Create invoices for each delivery and ensure all relevant details are included accurately.
• Collect return products from stores, ensuring that the correct items are returned as per the return policy.
• Create return forms for products being returned, ensuring all necessary information is documented and processed.
• Load and unload products, ensuring that items are handled with care and delivered in optimal condition.
• Verify delivery orders and returns to ensure accuracy and complete the necessary paperwork.
• Maintain an organized delivery log, tracking invoices and return forms.
• Manage delivery routes efficiently and adhere to timelines.
• Communicate with the supervisor or team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the van.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure safe delivery and return handling.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE manual driver’s license.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver, particularly with manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to create invoices and manage documentation related to deliveries and returns.
• Good knowledge of the local roads and efficient route planning.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with paperwork.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (if required).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Professional attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
