Design Desk Interiors L.L.C is looking for a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day production activities in our factory. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior fit-out, joinery, or furniture manufacturing, with excellent team leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily production operations in the workshop/factory and Work Sites
• Ensure that work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to production teams efficiently
• Monitor staff performance and ensure safety compliance at all times
• Coordinate with the project, design, and procurement teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain proper production records and reports
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in joinery production
• Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans
• Ability to make cutting list
• Ability to take accurate site measurements and prepare measurement reports.
• Leadership qualities with strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and quality standards
• Driving License is a Plus
