Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works.
  • Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Allocate and monitor manpower, tools, and materials effectively.
  • Inspect and approve workmanship, ensuring finishing is to the highest standard.
  • Monitor safety compliance and enforce HSE policies on-site.
  • Maintain daily site logs, progress updates, and snag reports.
  • Report any delays, site issues, or deviations to the project manager promptly.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks according to project schedules.

Requirements

  • Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out works, finishing details, and material handling.
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
  • Good leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
