Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinders, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Restock supplies and help with opening/closing duties
- Handle transactions and operate POS system
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista preferred but not required
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Availability on weekends and holidays (if needed)
- Passion for coffee and customer service
