Full job description

  • Sales Generation: Contact existing and potential customers to sell products or services, utilizing both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead Management: Generate leads for the sales team and manage customer accounts, ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company’s offerings.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and purchase orders, in the company database.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets, demonstrating effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and queries promptly, liaising with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively
