Job Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and generate leads through company-provided platforms.
- Manage property sales, leasing, and investment transactions.
- Promote listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder with maximum visibility.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing of deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and developers.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and market insights.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a real estate agent in Dubai (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of RERA and DLD rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- RERA license (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
